Role Summary

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Global Services Attach Leader to join our global cloud services team. This role is crucial in integrating professional and managed services with AWS distribution business. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies, programs, and go-to-market activities to ensure services are consistently attached to AWS product sales. They will work closely with sales and pre-sales teams across various countries, driving business growth and enhancing the value proposition of our AWS solutions offerings.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership:

  • Develop and lead the global strategy for attaching professional and managed services to AWS sales.

  • Design and implement programs that promote the inclusion of services in all AWS offerings.

  • Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies and activities that support the integration of services with AWS products.

  • Understand vendor offerings and programs, leveraging them to build comprehensive solutions, bundles, and service collaterals.

  • Work closely with country sales and services leaders to tailor and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with global objectives .

  • Create and drive campaigns to promote services to partners and end customers.

  • Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to ensure they understand the value and importance of attaching services to AWS sales .

  • Provide training, tools, and resources to sales and pre-sales teams to help them effectively attach services to AWS sales.

  • Develop and distribute collateral and other marketing materials that highlight the benefits of bundled AWS solutions.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Foster strong relationships with AWS global teams to ensure alignment with AWS practices and services.

  • Collaborate with country leaders to tailor and implement strategies and programs that align with regional market needs and goals.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales and pre-sales teams to help them achieve service attachment targets.

  • Foster strong relationships with AWS global teams to ensure alignment with AWS practices and services.

  • Work closely with cloud services leaders, sales teams, and partners in different countries.

  • Work with thought leaders within Ingram Micro to ensure continued success and to help identify areas of potential growth.

Performance Tracking and Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of service attachment programs and strategies.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance program effectiveness.

  • Report on key metrics and performance indicators to executive leadership.

Personal Skills Development

  • An active and contributing member of our regional AWS technical community

  • Keep up to date with current and future technologies, products and strategies

  • Build a solid skills foundation in chosen subject matter

  • Maintain relevant vendor certifications

  • Build and enhance relationships with peers

  • Continue development of consultative skills

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud services, with a focus on AWS and service integration.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and programs.

  • Strong understanding of AWS services, tools, and best practices.

  • Experience working with sales and pre-sales teams to drive service attachment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • AWS certifications preferred.

  • Ability and willingness to travel.

  • English language proficiency required .

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $105,500.00 - $179,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
