Job Summary The Senior Client Associate provides personalized banking services to financial institution customers.
Pay Range: $24.36 - $34.62 - $44.87
Job Responsibilities:
Greets clients and potential clients to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
Opens new accounts, performs maintenance and servicing to existing accounts.
Ensures completeness of loan documentation on new account set-up (Personal Lines of Credit, Reserve LOC); may assist with other loan product documentation. Responds to client inquiries and requests regarding accounts.
Coordinates and assists back-office personnel in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related affairs.
Oversees accuracy of inputted data with regard to various systems and the written documentation.
Provides ongoing relationship servicing with current clients to maintain goodwill, including responding to client inquiries and requests regarding accounts.
Completes Private Client Group operational tasks including invoice payment, private client group daily and monthly reports, monthly audits, etc.
Monitors general ledger, wire transfers and documentation requirements to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. Assists in processing wire transfers.
Promotes and cross-sells other products and services as appropriate to client requirements.
