Your new role


Responsible for leading in implementing all phases of the project, ensuring proper site safety, delivery and quality. Budgetary planning and monitoring of project costs are key, as well as establishing solid relations and ongoing communication with clients, sub-trades, team and stakeholders. must have an understanding of construction procedures and project management principles and systems. Excellent management, negotiating and leadership skills as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good verbal and written communication.


50% office - 50% site



What you'll need to succeed


To be successful in this application, you will need to send an updated resume, with a full project list along with it.


5-10 years, ground up commercial construction experience as Project Coordinator / Engineer, Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.


Degree or technical diploma in the areas of management, engineering, architecture, building sciences or construction technology. A plus.


Commercial, retail, interiors, restaurants, office experience, a plus.


Projects with values ranging from $1m - $10m +


Software experience including MS Project, Procore etc.
