Project Details:
Ability to develop project plans for large implementations and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successfully to plan.
Participate in client requirements gathering, solution definition and proposal presentation meetings with sales pursuit team.
Define, develop, and actively manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
Manage project scope and utilize appropriate change control mechanisms from inception to closure.
Assemble capable personnel to form the project team, prepare team for project kickoff, develop a collaborative culture and provide coaching to optimize performance.
Clearly communicate realistic project delivery commitments and consistently deliver against those commitments.
Incorporate an appropriate level of quality audits and testing into every project.
Job Experience:
Possess 5 to 10 years of experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Involvement in one full SAP CRM implementation lifecycle. Experience shall also include the following:
Experience in SAP CRM Application and Development procedures
SAP CRM 2007 development experience using SAP standard tools
Experience working in a Solution Manager environment
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP CRM module offerings and its integration
Experience with SAP CRM analysis, design, and documentation skills
Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3
Desire certification in relevant modules of SAP CRM
Hourly Rate: 72.25-93.5
