What You Will Do



As a Lab Technician, you'll work on projects utilizing standard testing methods. Collaborating closely with engineers and management, you'll tackle standard project assignments. You'll serve as a technical resource for resolving common issues, guiding and supporting associate lab technicians.

• Design fixtures to be used in accepted testing.


• Mentor associate lab technicians ensuring adherence to industry standards.


• Utilize automation for efficient data collection and report generation.


• Enhance test platforms and integrate measurement tools into existing platforms.


• Coordinate test specifications and methods.


• Prepare systems for testing by overseeing modifications and setups.


• Independently conduct tests, analyze data, and document results for major projects.


• Participate in test data reviews.

What You Will Bring

• Required Degree: High School or GED equivalent.


• Preferred Degree: Mechanical Engineering Technology Associate Degree.


• Years of Experience: 3-5 years.
