What you'll do:


• Responsible for developing, designing, and implementing fleet goals, strategies, initiatives, objectives, and team key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with the Dispatch Manager to improve the quality and responsiveness of fleet responses.

• Collaborate with VP and Senior Management to establish annual budget, responsible for budget compliance.

• Manage workplace safety initiatives in alignment with OSHA standards.

• Oversee utilization of fleet equipment and facilities resources.

• Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.

• Incorporate AAA's vision, mission, and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors, guides, and motives to remain committed to AAA's mission and values.


Supervisor Responsibilities:


• Provide direct supervision to the fleet services supervisors and leads.

• Responsible for developing people, improving processes, reducing costs, monitoring quality, delivering results against established objectives, and ensuring a high level of service to internal and external customers.

• Manages assigned employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, developing, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning monitoring, appraising, and reviewing employee job contributions, maintaining compensation, resolving problems, and implementing change.


WHO YOU ARE:


• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Business, Automotive Management or related field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive, roadside assistance, or customer service field

• 4+ years of experience in management or leadership role

• Must be able to pass and maintain DOT physical requirement test.


Preferred Qualifications


• ASE Certification or Towing & Recovery Certification preferred.

• Valid driver's license

SALARY RANGE:


Annualized target hiring salary range for the position is $96,700 to $118,450 and offer rate is based on experience.

This position is eligible for an Annual Manager Bonus.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. May work around moving objects or vehicles and will need to be aware of surroundings for personal safety.
