Onsite position in Toms River, NJ - Applicants MUST BE able to commute 5x/week onsite.

Applicants MUST HAVE healthcare or nutraceuticals experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong managerial skills with an entrepreneurial attitude. This position requires both strategic and tactical experience and implementation, from budgets, branding, and messaging to copy-writing for collateral/web and analytical skills for ROI. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to handle several projects simultaneously while functioning as a force of one!

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, with a focus on driving revenue through strategic online initiatives.
  • Be resourceful and hands-on, with the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Work with medical writers to develop marketing sales tools and collateral.
  • Support the strategic vision of the brand by implementing various tactical programs on time and successfully to drive revenue.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, including writing copy and coordinating with graphic designers and legal teams in a timely manner.
  • Oversee healthcare professional educational programs, including coordinating webinar logistics, collaborating with medical writers, and managing pre- and post-program logistics to ensure maximum value and revenue.
  • Work with existing DTC vendors and consultants to drive new customers through the consumer channel, while exploring and recommending new opportunities to drive volume.
  • Coordinate the development of quarterly planning documents and supporting materials.
  • Target specific demographics to optimize marketing efforts and reach the desired audience.

Requirements for the Role:
  • Must have quantifiable metrics of success in "moving the needle."
  • 7-10 years of experience (not including college) in a similar marketing role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within nutraceuticals or consumables.
  • Background in the supplement industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to learn basic science for product understanding, brand positioning, and messaging.
  • Experience in both large corporate marketing and start-up environments.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
