Are you a dynamic digital marketing professional with a passion for B2B marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Do you have a graphic designer's eye and can write like a journalist or a content marketer? We're seeking an experienced Manager in Marketing to join our team and lead our online presence to new heights. In this role, you will not only support our digital marketing efforts but also leverage our marketing database for customers and prospecting campaigns. We will also have you help us redesign our corporate website and work on our Shopify Plus store with over 10,000 SKUs.
The position is 100% in our Camarillo, CA office.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create your own graphic designs for the website, emails, presentations, and content to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
Website Design and Content Creation: Update our HTML corporate website to ensure it reflects our brand identity, engages our customers effectively, and create engaging content. Graphic design work required. Please share samples of both design and written content.
Utilize our extensive marketing database for targeted email marketing campaigns, enhancing our digital marketing efforts to drive growth and conversions.
Marketing Analytics: Prepare marketing activity reports and provide valuable insights, helping us measure program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Plan and organize promotional presentations, updatingcalendars, and maintaining marketing collateral.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends through workshops, research, and other educational resources, and share your knowledge with the team.
Flexible Support: Be ready to contribute to various e-commerce and marketing initiatives as directed, demonstrating your adaptability and versatility.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in e-commerce marketing, website redesign, and content creation.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in email marketing, HTML, and other tools to optimize email marketing campaigns.
Proficient in graphic design for marketing campaigns, collateral and presentations.
Proficiency in HTML for web design.
Knowledge of Shopify Plus, especially in managing large inventories.
Some knowledge of SEO for e-commerce platforms.
Marketing Experience:
Previous work experience as a marketing manager or in a similar role.
Marketing Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite. Presentation creation expertise.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
