We are seeking a Change Management Specialist with proven experience in:

• Change Management
• ADKAR Methodology
• Training/Teaching in a Corporate Setting
• Communications

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver organizational change management surveys, information, training, and coaching.
• Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to support change initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate change management processes.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure successful adoption of change initiatives.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work at our Boca Raton, FL training site at least 3 days per week.
• Willingness to travel to other sites as required, approximately 25-50% of the time.
• Strong background in change management and communications.

Work Schedule:

• Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
