Windows 10/Windows 11 support and deployment experience within an enterprise environment
Office 365 Enterprise support
Extensive knowledge and use of Excel and Access, including pivot tables, links to Access and Access database maintenance
Extensive knowledge and use of SCCM queries and reporting
Experienced desktop support and problem solving skills
Experienced in project work; ability to follow a schedule on time
Solid support experience with Office 365 enterprise environment
Candidate will be responsible for imaging computers in lab environment as well as deployment responsibilities and troubleshooting with end users.
Exceptional client facing experience, will be a liaison between the end users/business leads and business unit management and the deployment team.
Hands-on experience with Windows 10 support
Windows 11 deployment
SCCM remote tools
Experience with 3rd party migration/personalization tools (AppSense a plus)
MS Office 2016/365 experience a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel/Access a plus
Active Directory/Group Policy
Ivanti ticket tracking system
Candidate must be able to work independently once trained and will have a check list to follow with the build document. Also will be responsible for updating internal Sharepoint site with migration information and imaging status.
Active Directory/Group Policy experience
Remote Support experience but this is a hands on in the office five days a week.
