Our direct Client is looking for Technology Program Manager -6 Months Contract To Hire-Remote opportunity.
Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Technology Program Manager with 15-20 years of experience in Program Management to lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to completion within a leading early childhood education and care provider.
Must-Have:
15-20 years of Program Management experience
Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end
Experience with Agile Product/Program Management and methodologies
Strong executive presence and sharp communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the education or childcare industry
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, etc.)
Advanced degree in a related field (MBA, MS, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with the client s goals and objectives.
Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Facilitate Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
Present program updates to executive leadership, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
