Consumer home goods company ($95M+ in revenue) in central NJ is looking for an experienced Director of IT. You will drive their IT strategy and provide the seamless technology to service their B2B and DTC customers. The Director of IT is responsible for the administration of their Blue Cherry ERP system and managing the infrastructure and the network for the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Blue Cherry ERP system, network, and infrastructure, as well as all IT operations.
Manage third-party vendors and service providers who handle servers, cybersecurity, and other outsourced services, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Lead IT projects from start to finish and deliver them on time, on budget and on scope.
Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, as well as develop IT procedures to ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Implement and support the use of AI technology for operations and ecommerce.
Prepare the roadmap for IT strategies for the company's future goals and objectives.
Manage the IT team with a focus on talent development and leadership.
Ensure excellent Help Desk support company wide.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and stay within budget.
Manage all APIs and all integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, MBA a plus.
Minimum of six years of experience in IT management role for a CPG company (CPG sector experience is a must have).
Blue Cherry ERP system experience a must have.
Strong leadership skills.
Experience with B2B ecommerce and managing APIs.
Strong track record of delivering projects management skills with on time and budget.
Experience with cloud migration, on prem, and application management.
Excellent decision-making, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
