This is the pay range that BAHAMA Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position.
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt (Overtime paid at 1.5X regular rate of pay)
SUMMARY: The Server Administrator strives to provide all approved users of the enterprise with uninterrupted access to applications and resources in all office locations and remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
They are responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing the core server infrastructure and systems for the organization.
They will monitor system, security, and application event logs to meet applicable service level requirements related to system availability, network security, disaster recovery and configuration backup.
This position works with networking and security teams to ensure the server environment is secure and performing satisfactorily.
Uses knowledge of systems design, install, and maintain physical and VMWare Windows servers and services.
The Server Administrator is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent - Required
Minimum of 6 years' experience designing, configuring and implementing core infrastructure servers and systems. - Required
Experience supporting Citrix, VMWare, and Active Directory. - Required
Experience with ADFS, SAML, SSO. - Required
Experience with deploying, configuring and managing enterprise solutions in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and newer. - Required
Advanced troubleshooting skills, narrow what the source of the issue is quickly- Required
Windows Administration (21012-2022) - Required
Working knowledge of Active Directory, AzureAD. - preferred
iSCSI, Fibre Channel - preferred
