Performs Computer-Aided Engineering simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness performance for high-speed Frontal, Side, Rear impacts or low-speed Front and Rear load cases, etc. using LS-DYNA software and can handle every standard Crashworthiness load case, including the most complex.
Develop and apply advanced analysis techniques to optimize vehicle safety CAE activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering required
2-5 years of experience with vehicle crash safety analysis
A strong understanding of CAE modelling & analysis techniques
Excellent applied experience in Modelling and simulation tools.
Good understanding of the global regulatory and consumer metric requirements
A proven track record of CAE model correlation, include structure management and material model development
Good problem-solving skills to offer innovative and feasible solutions in a timely manner to any design challenges
