Job Description:

One of our clients in the Greater Boston area is seeking an Operational Readiness Specialist for a 4+ month contract with possible extension (Hybrid remote/onsite role)

DESCRIPTION:

1. Operational Readiness Specialist (Local Resource highly preferred)

2. Applicants must be experienced, highly organized, detail oriented, and adaptable to be considered for this role.

3. Minimum 3 years of information systems experience, preferably with Epic.

4. Clear and organized notes, files, and email responses.

5. Experience prioritizing and managing multiple, concurrent projects.

6. Energized by project breakthroughs and upward progress.

7. Proven record of producing quality deliverables and completing projects on time.

8. Strong written communication skills, including project documentation and technical writing.

9. Strong verbal communication skills while interacting with team members, end users and other departments throughout the organization.

10. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

11. Ability to be a team player; flexible, friendly, congenial and enthusiastic.

12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Coordinate regular meetings and deliver detailed project updates

2. Prepare and maintain documentation, including (but not limited to) end-user communications, user guides and status tracking

3. Take detailed notes and conduct tactful reminders/follow-ups

4. Independently manage work with clearly defined project milestones
