Role Summary
The Sr. Marketing Manager for New Client Acquisition will lead strategic marketing efforts and oversee the activation of these effort to drive new client acquisition for personal investing at T. Rowe Price. The individual will be in charge of driving new paths to acquisition and identifying areas of opportunity for innovation. In addition, this individual will assist with leading the marketing onboarding strategy for new clients across omni-channel experiences. As new clients are acquired, this individual will put forth a marketing and servicing strategy to educate clients early in their tenure on the product and services offered by T. Rowe Price. The individual will achieve this work following agile marketing practices.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with internal and external partners to effectively drive scalable growth through new paths to acquisition and identify areas of opportunity for prospect innovation
Identify and build the business case for new customer acquisition opportunities. Own the testing agenda to drive greatest return on investment
Foster strong partnership with Digital Client Experience and others across the organization to deliver a cohesive journey for prospects and new clients who are early in their tenure with T. Rowe Price
Work closely with Digital Client Experience to deliver a personalized, onboarding experience to new clients and accelerate adoption of product and services offered by T. Rowe Price
Represent and explain new client acquisition performance, insights, progress towards growth objectives to key stakeholders and senior leaders across the firm
Continuously evaluate potential new capabilities or areas of innovation across existing and new acquisition channels to accelerate growth
Typical Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 8+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or high regulated industry
Deep understanding of the end client and passion to create compelling experiences for them
Experience leading and working with cross-functional team (Marketing, Sales, Digital Experience, Service, Creative) to achieve a shared objectives
An exceptional sense of ownership and accountability
Passion for marketing acquisition and comfortable challenging the status quo
Experience with modern marketing practices (agile, data driven approach to marketing)
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
