Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the night shift (NOC). As an RN at Wolf Creek Care Center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your expertise and compassionate care will help create a positive and nurturing environment for everyone at our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.


• Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.


• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.


• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.


• Support and educate residents and their families about health-related issues.


• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA


• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Previous experience in a long-term care or similar setting is preferred.
