Job Description:
Location: Evesham, NJ
Salary: Negotiable
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Registered Nurse- Home Health.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Patients are primarily those being discharged from the hospital and nursing facilities...
- Procedures include: Wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, Heart Failure, Diabetics, oncology, post surgeries and Ortho are many of our primary diagnosis.
- Productivity is 6 visits per day- or the equivalent. Example, admissions are counted as 2.
- OASIS EMR.
- 2 years experience required in Med Surg.
- Must have Home Health experience. (Experience in the specialty must be within the last 12 months )
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid drivers license.
- No mileage reimbursement.
- NJ RN license or Compact.
- BLS.
