You Will

• Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.


• Lead workforce management programs to inspire and motivate all team members.


• Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specification of products.


• Develop, deploy and manage process improvement initiatives within assigned work cell.

You Have

• High School diploma or equivalent; Advanced training and course work in Industrial Technology preferred.  


• One (1) year of relevant experience in a production environment, leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing facility.


• Or a combination of education and work experience that would make one qualified for the position.


• Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve; Basic mechanical aptitude required.


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
