H emet Hills Post Acute is a newly acquired skilled nursing facility located in Hemet, CA! With 178 beds, servicing both short- and long-term patients; we are looking for the best nurses and staff to join our team. Pay: From $35 per hour + DOE

Duties:

• Counsel patients and their families on what to do following treatment.
• Observe the patients they are working with before, during and after therapy and report notes to the Physical Therapist.
• Assign specific exercises for the patient and help the patients do these exercises.
• Use devices, such as walkers, and other equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.
• Use a variety of techniques, including stretching exercises and massage, to treat patients.
• Assist patients when moving to and from the therapy area.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program


• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)


• Current, unencumbered, active CA Physical Therapy Asst. License (required)


• CPR (as requested)


• COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption.
