As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting project execution, ensuring quality, and maintaining project schedules.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Maintain project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, and address any quality issues.
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide regular project updates.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil construction project management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
