The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for research and analysis of incoming business and ensuring ethical compliance of the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
Representative Key Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines presented by the Rules of Professional Responsibility. Specifically, researching incoming business and providing analysis based upon ethical rules. This analysis will provide potential conflicts issues and advising on potential resolutions for said issues.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience
Candidate will have a Juris Doctor and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Risk Management field.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Dun & Bradstreet Company Research and various Business Intake systems.
Required Skills and Abilities
Detailed knowledge of business needs in professional service environment, a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, and successful project management skills and experience are required for the position.
Candidate should have advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret understand and prepare complex written material clearly and succinctly.
In addition, the candidate should have exceptional Research and Analysis Skills
Understanding of the Rules of Professional Responsibility and ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct
Proficient Time Management Skills
Ability Identify Changes and Shift as Workflow Demands
