Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for a Paralegal to join a premier global asset management firm in Evanston, IL. This firm specializes in Alternative Credit, Fixed Income, Healthcare, and Systematic Investing.



Role Responsibilities

• Assist in company formations (Delaware, Cayman Islands, other jurisdictions) and document management for investment transactions and fund launches.


• Handle filings, prepare standard bank, and tax forms.


• Maintain corporate records and assist with corporate entity liquidations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree required.


• 1+ year of corporate or transactional paralegal experience.


• Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional skills.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and detail-oriented.
