Job Summary:
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible forscheduling/conducting physical space audits of university facilities, analyzingbuilding floor plans and actual facility space for communication toarchitectural services, developing and maintaining accurate computerizedreporting capabilities for the Facilities Inventory. This position will alsoprovide internal and external constituencies with reports containing facilityinformation and be responsible for general administrative duties including backup for work control & OK Corral, and activities for users in thedepartment. This position will assist with COM-CN Campus (Tahlequah) and willrequire 10-20% travel.
Environmental Hazards:Typical office environment.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry 35-40 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk,finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with orwithout reasonable accommodations. -Two years of experiencein Data Analysis, Accounting, or Facilities Management.
-Ability to travel to Tahlequah Campus 10-20%(as needed)
-Valid Driver's License
Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:-Extensive use andknowledge of personal computer, including
Microsoft Office.
-Proficient inutilizing computerized data reporting systems.
-Attention to detail and strong analyticalabilities.
-Strong organizational skills are needed with the ability to set independent and firm deadlines. Preferred:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration,Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent -Five years' experience in Data Analysis, accounting, or facilities management. -Two years of related experience with PC Software Packages.
