Program Manager-Healthcare at Infosys Limited in Hartford, Connecticut

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Program Manager with Healthcare Domain background and with a proven record of managing multiple projects involving any of Healthcare, Insurance domain.
Candidate will work with client stakeholders, other vendor stakeholders and internal project teams to deliver the program objectives within the budgeted cost and timelines.

Required Skills

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area.


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.


• 3+ year of experience in Healthcare domain.


• Experience in Project management/Program management.


• Communicating and facilitating architecture design discussions/decisions and impacts to key stakeholders.


• Experience in legacy and web-based systems interfaces, Application Programmable Interfaces (APIs)


• Sound knowledge and experience on Agile.


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• Product Management environment and working with multiple stakeholders (internal, customer organization, vendors)


• Ability to understand applications, systems, processes to enable execution of product and implementation requirements.

• Critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills to address core business problems.


• Support user testing and ensure product meets implementation needs.


• Track progress and perform demo to relevant internal stakeholders and external product users.


• Strong reporting abilities by keeping track of multiple topics/ open questions.


• Strong acumen in MS office related tools - PowerPoint, Excel.


• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Visio.


• Aspiring to work in a fast paced and agile environment.


• Has a proactive can-do attitude.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
