Our client is seeking a Content Marketing Manager in New York City , NY.


Role Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to drive engagement and conversions through compelling content. This role requires an understanding of the healthcare industry, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for creating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.


The Content Marketing Manager will serve as the extension of our founder & CEO's voice and vision. This role requires extensive collaboration with executives and thought leaders within the company. The ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional attention to detail, both verbal and visual, and lead the charge in maintaining the highest standards of quality for our content delivery. We know that artificial intelligence can help create content quickly but show us that humans are still better placed to deliver the quality needed to persuade and inform.


• Content Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
o Use analytics tools to track content performance, optimize content for search engines, and make data-driven decisions.
• Content Creation and Management:
o Produce high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, PowerPoint slides, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, and videos.
o Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather insights and create valuable content.
o Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content across various channels.
• Email Marketing Campaigns:
o Build and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
o Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Marketing & Sales Support:
o Create collateral for marketing and sales support, including brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
o Ensure all materials are on-brand and align with overall marketing strategies.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
o Coordinate with designers and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
o Work with subject matter experts and customer success teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
o Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms with special focus on LinkedIn.
o Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the audience.


This position is open to applicants who are legally eligible to work in the United States, from the following States: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, NY, NC, NJ, TN, TX


Skills & Requirements


• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably with a background in healthcare tech.
• Native English speaker with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in WordPress and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with executives.
• Exceptional attention to detail, both verbal and visual, with a focus on quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
• Understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and trends.
