Location: Remote




Expected Duration :9 months .




Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2.




Summary: The primary role of a Call Center/Customer Service Specialist is to engage with customers, providing information about products and services, and addressing and resolving complaints. This position may involve handling inbound, outbound, or a combination of customer interactions.



Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing tasks such as processing merchandise exchanges, issuing refunds, and adjusting invoices.


• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or update them on the status of claim investigations and any forthcoming adjustments.


• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Outlook and data entry software.

Education/Experience:

• Preferably a high school diploma or GED.


• 0-2 years of relevant customer service experience required.
