Job Description:

Sen. Supervisor, Manufacturing Eng'g Ops; Rohr Inc. d/b/a Collins Aerospace (Riverside, CA). Less than 10% domestic & international travel. Prepare & develop numerical programs used to drive NC & CNC equipment/machines/robots w/ minimal supervision. Interpret technical drawings & 3D models. Supervise 4 employees. Must have at least a bach degree or equiv in Manufacturing/ Mechanical/Aerospace Eng'g or rltd and at least 5 yrs of progressive exp in a role designing tooling and/or programming for composite manufacturing processes & equipment. Must also possess at least 5 yrs of exp: w/ CATIA; using CATIA V5/V6 & 3DExperience Software Suite; at least 3 yrs of exp: using CATIA's Composite Workbench; w/ project mgmt; interpreting material & process specs, eng'g drawings, technical reports, manuals, & work instructions; & adapting machine or equipment design to factory & production conditions; and at least 1 yr of managerial experience.
