Job Description:

The Operations Administrator is an onsite position that will support the entire sales and operations office. This role will require candidates to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5 PM, with occasional weekend work as business requires. This role supports the General Manager and the Community Coordinator and the Sales and Home team in the day to day general operations. This role will be the first point of contact for both Sales and Operations offices for all resident and customer phone calls and office visits. And will be responsible for telephone communications, emails, messges, and setting appointments. Must be proficient with google, gmail, word, professional and willing to work as a team member.

Salary range $18-20. per hour, health benefits, paid holidays, PTO
