Director of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Analytics
Reporting to the Deputy Superintendent for Academics and Dean of the Faculty, the Director of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Analytics is tasked with reporting data to state and federal agencies, maintaining a comprehensive survey research program, overseeing faculty course evaluations, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, especially ones related to assessment of student learning. The Director also serves as the Institute's SACSCOC accreditation liaison, and as the liaison for assessment to State Council for Higher Education in Virginia.
Leading the Office of Assessment and Institutional Research, the Director supports the Institute's senior executives and key leaders in the achievement of the following objectives:

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative and Professional Faculty position. The salary is competitive, commensurate with experience.
