Behavioral Health Network ( BHN ) is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that provides services to children, adults & families. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities.




Your experience, knowledge and skills will support BHN with the following:


  • You can convey and respond to oral and written information effectively.

  • Recognizes when to consult with a supervisor, co-worker, or other affected parties prior to making a decision.

  • Has regular and punctual attendance at work, appointments, and meetings.

  • Ability to integrate feedback constructively and puts it into practice





Demonstrates competency in the utilization of the agency's technological systems.


  • Proficient at using appropriate agency computer software and agency communication systems.

  • Understands the impact of technological changes on the organization and is open to technological change in the organization.

  • Provides and coordinates administrative support for Corporate Office functions.





Demonstrates ability to interface effectively with staff, clients, and public.


  • Provides administrative support and project assistance to various departments.





Demonstrates flexibility and cooperative attitude when requested to perform additional duties .

  • Completes assigned tasks in an organized, dependable and efficient manner.

  • Exhibits proficiency in use of all office equipment (copier, fax, PC, printers, and scanners).

  • Maintains organized file systems for documents and records.

  • Accurately enters data into computer software systems as needed.

  • Assists in trouble shooting and problem resolution regarding identified discrepancies.

  • Other administrative assignments as needed.



QUALIFICATIONS:



Job Knowledge:


  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft products (Publisher/ PowerPoint). Able to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications as the need arises.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in high demand and/or stressful environments from time to time.





Experience and Training:


  • One year of related office experience preferred.





Schooling or Equivalent:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
