Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead with Automation Testing experience,

In the role of Technical Test Lead - Automation, you will act as an expert and single point of contact for creating test cases, test plans, Monitoring, Analysis, reporting and troubleshooting. You will conduct required tests, create reports and plan, design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience in Software testing (with Performance testing and Engineering, Monitoring, Analysis, excellent reporting and troubleshooting skills).
• US Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Baskin Ridge, NJ, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Proficiency in writing Test Cases, Test Plans, executing Test Scripts, reporting the defects and preparing Test Result reports.
• Stroing Experience in Selenium Automation-Selenium Web driver with Java.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Good knowledge on Keyword driven and data driven/BDD framework in Selenium Web driver
• Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and complete Defect Life Cycle.
• Experienced in Manual, Integration, Regression, Functional and System Testing using automation tools in the web-based applications.
• Experience in Telecom Domain-e-commerce.
• Proficient in writing Test cases by using test case design technique.
• Preparation of presentation documents and guidance materials on the automation framework
• Preparing Requirement Traceability Matrix for test cases.
• Should be able to perform SIT/E2E progression/regression testing.
• Detecting bugs & classifying them based on severity, priority.
• Proficiency in Jira/Qtest tools and also having knowledge in Selenium/Java/cucumber and TestNg /Roboframework.
• Agile Scrum with Jira, GitHub, GitHub Actions,Jenkins - test planning, development, execution, defect management
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, helps identify gaps, defines and streamline process - ability to translate business requirements into test strategy and test cases, estimating Agile testing tasks
• Excellent Client liaison skills for leading and driving the Performance Testing and Engineering track.
• Coordination with multivendor teams' environment for performance defect tracking, analysis, and track to closure.
• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills - should possess the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and manage team of resources at onshore and offshore locations

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
