Job Title: Promotions Marketing Coordinator-Entry-Level


Location: East Saint Louis, IL


Salary: $18-20/hr


Overview:



The Promotions Coordinator is responsible for implementing and coordinating all marketing initiatives for the property, ensuring smooth collaboration across various departments. This role is essential in driving our marketing efforts and supporting the overall success of the property.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.

  • Coordinate and provide support for marketing initiatives.

  • Manage purchases, deliveries, and all activities to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Support marketing needs and assist in the maintenance and oversight of website content, email marketing, digital marketing, social media, and advertising efforts.

  • Coordinate the design of creative materials and copywriting efforts for marketing initiatives.

  • Organize photo and video shoots.

  • Coordinate on-property entertainment and direct mail programs.

  • Lead promotional planning and execution of events, promotions, and tournaments.

  • Assist the Player Development and Players Club teams when necessary.

  • Represent the company professionally with guests, vendors, and media.

  • Work with urgency and meet deadlines.

  • Apply knowledge gained from training, education, and work experience.

  • Always maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor.

  • Complete assignable work tasks requested by department leaders.

  • Proactively prioritize needs and manage resources effectively.

  • Immediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate party.

  • Ensure customer service standards are met and retained.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred.

  • 1-3 years of previous work experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions preferred.

  • Previous casino experience preferred.

  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Upbeat, outgoing personality.

  • Availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented.
