Job Description:
Location: Clifton, NJ
Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking an Embedded C++ Developer- candidates MUST possess an interim secret or active secret clearance. Position is long term contract and must sit on-site in Clifton, NJ. Qualified candidates are encouraged to email their resumes directly to acuadrado@judge.com for a prompt response.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect complex software for embedded systems, ensuring adherence to requirements and implementing a structured verification approach.
- Develop software for microcontrollers in C++ (bare metal or with RTOS), working with interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
- Collaborate independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary team, following established development processes.

- Ability to analyze schematics, identify hardware issues from a software perspective, and provide recommendations.
- Experience creating custom peripheral interfaces on programmable logic.
- Proficiency in designing complex algorithms for programmable logic within space constraints.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for hardware or software emulation.
- Knowledge of Xilinx Zynq SoCs.
- Firmware development experience in VHDL and/or Verilog for FPGAs.
