Description:
Our client, an e-commerce SaaS company, is currently seeking a Research Operations Specialist to join their UX research operations team. This team includes a cross-functional mix of researchers, engineers, data scientists, and recruiters dedicated to building advanced in-house research systems. These systems enable product teams and designers to create advanced features for the company's website and mobile apps.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Serve as the scrum master for the engineering team, ensuring orderly work sprints with proper documentation.


• Develop systems and processes to track all global survey work, ensuring organization, documentation, and policy compliance.


• Collaborate with internal teams like InfoSec, Legal, and Procurement to improve processes and track approvals.


• Handle inbound requests for new survey projects and route them to the appropriate personnel.


• Assist product teams with onboarding and education as they navigate research systems.


• Engage in light project management and vendor management tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

  Experience Requirement:
  
  
  
  
  
  • At least 3 years in a similar role within a tech, analytics, or research department.
  
  
  • Proficiency in Jira and Excel; experience with Airtable, Monday.com, or similar productivity tools is a plus.

  • Experience in scrum management and project management.

  • Ability to create and maintain organized and documented processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in similar roles within tech, analytics, or research departments.


• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods.


• Proficiency in additional productivity tools beyond Jira and Excel.
