Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of commercial interior projects in the Miami area. Your focus will be on ensuring timely completion, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.



Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to plan and execute interior construction projects.


• Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers on-site.


• Monitor project progress, ensuring work meets quality standards and stays on schedule.


• Address any issues or delays promptly to maintain project momentum.


• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.


• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.\

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years
  of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on interior buildouts.


• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.


• Proficiency in reading blueprints and project documentation.


• OSHA certification preferred.
