TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sr. Director National Accounts in Atlanta, GA.
This career sales professional will be responsible leading the National Accounts sales to successfully secure Service, Repair and Modernization growth within our National Account Customer base. This includes driving growth by adding new national accounts, bidding/securing Service and Modernization opportunities through formal National RFPs while also developing and maintaining strong relations with existing National Account customers to drive organic growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Build strong customer relationships, and maintaining market movement and competitor's positions and strategies
Build strong relations internally with organization leaders, Area VPs and Area Sales Directors to establish goals and objectives and ensures the department staff obtains them
Develops contract strategy and negotiates contracts in accordance with company standards and business requirements.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns.
Sets target metrics for sales staff to reach in order to meet strategic goals for the organization.
Manages and nurtures a high-performance sales force by providing ongoing coaching, training on new products/services and performance management that drives business development
Oversees sales staff and operations of an organization and designs policies to increase revenue in accordance with organizational objectives.
Review and approve RFP's
Occasionally assist NAM/SAM with the development of bid packages, reviewing pricing compared to scope and communicating with appropriate leader in effort to drive profitable growth
Conduct presentations to large, property management companies, professional business organizations, specific market segments (hospitals, hotels, residential, etc.)
Ability to explain cost factors, while emphasizing the features and benefits of a National relationship with TKE
Ensure that contract roll-out process leveraging the NAM & Sales coordination team in the most effective manner based on the size of award
May represent company at industry association meetings and trade shows to promote company's business, brand, products, and/or services.
Participate in contract negotiations, when necessary
Oversees and approves budget planning and sales forecasting and prepares other reports for management as requested including forecasts for booking activity, projecting how much work will be brought in monthly, quarterly and annually
Demonstrated excellence in generating leads, negotiating and closing the sale.
Outstanding networking, problem solving, customer service, conflict management, oral & written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, including producing presentations and reports using Oracle, CRM and MS Office.
Demonstrated success in creating and communicating targets and leading teams, with a passion for growing the business.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's degree is required. Additional directly related experience in the elevator industry strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of proven new business development/Commercial/B2B Sales experience in a similar industry (service contract sales)
Requires five (5) years of sales experience in the elevator or related industry with previous sales supervisory experience
Experience working with long sales cycles required
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of elevators preferred
Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and organize work
Proficient in the use of personal computers to include operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and all Microsoft office software
Ability & willingness to work as a team player; must be able to work well with others
