Successful candidates will have:
Travel Advisor I
2+ years of experience in Customer services or Sales
High School diploma or GED
Travel certifications in the form of a CTA or destination specialist certificate preferred
Travel Advisor II
2+ years of experience in Hospitality or Travel industry
High School diploma or GED
Travel certifications in the form of a CTA or destination specialist certificate within two years
In this role, at our store location, you will:
Sell international and domestic travel packages, including cruises, flights, car, hotel, and tours
Provide excellent customer services under the AAA membership model
Recommend and sell product enhancements for the customers' trip
Address any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip
Stay up to date on current travel trends, emerging destinations, and industry innovations
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree
Experience in travel sales and systems software

SALARY:
The flat hourly pay rate for the position is Travel Advisor I: $23.00 or Travel Advisor II: $24.00. Placement in Level I or II is based on candidate experience.
Eligible for 11%, up to 15%, commission based on travel sales production.
