Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical PM
Position type: Full Time
Duration 6 Months
Location: Remote.Hybrid
As a you will: Technical PM
Details of the role:
Key responsibilities:
• Sprint Planning and running Daily Stand ups and other agile ceremonies (demos, backlog reviews, etc.)
• Driving key design and status meetings.
• Team builder and Team Manager
• Level of effort estimation in the sprint planning (story pointing, etc.)
• Managing risks/issues along with mitigation approaches
• Managing dependencies - internal as well as external
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on lead developer work / trouble shooting in live production experience
• At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Experience designing and developing applications and/or systems using React, Core java/J2EE, Microservices framework, SOAP, REST, Web services.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong technical skills, with expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Good to have skills:
• Healthcare Payer industry background
• Technical or Development background
• Project Management and/or Scrum Master certification

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 73.5$ OR 78.75$
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
