Job Summary:

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Ensures accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger
• Maintains financial records and ensures transactions are properly recorded
• Prepare journal entries and month-end reconciliations and account analysis
• Review expense reports for compliance and reconcile the Travel/Purchase clearing accounts
• Conducts periodic reviews and audits of purchase orders and purchases
• Participate in the annual budget process, perform variance analysis, resolve discrepancies
• Experience working with multiple contracting formats, including cost-reimbursable, T&M, and Firm-Fixed-Price preferred
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and other government regulations required
• Compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, multi-task, and support concurrent requirements for different internal and external customers
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Word, Unanet experience a plus
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance plus 5 years experience in government accounting, and large corporation experience

• Review all vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment

2- years of experience

Bachelor's Degree

CMA or CPA preferred
