The University of Oklahoma Athletics Department is looking for candidates that have a passion for both collegiate athletics and creative media production. The Associate Director of Video Content is a highly skilled video producer that is responsible for creating content that drives fan affinity, promotes the Oklahoma brand and generates engagement through digital media. Reporting directly to the Director of Video Content, the Associate Director of Video Content will serve as the primary point of contact for one of OU’s premiere sports, create football specific content, and assist all sports programs with content across multiple platforms as needed. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of cinematography, editing and post-production skill. A heavy emphasis will be placed on the candidate’s demo reel.
Essential Functions:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Marketing, Journalism or related field AND;
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of related experience.
