What we are looking for:
The Center for Early Childhood Professional Development is looking for a Registry Training Coordinator.
The Registry Training Coordinator works directly with Project Leads and the Project Director to identify training needs and map out individual development plans. The Registry Training Coordinator will manage, design, develop, and coordinate all training programs. The Registry Training Coordinator reports to the Project Director –Oklahoma Registry.

Responsibilities:
This position can be a hybrid position. It will require two or more in-office days per week.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, including some evenings and weekends. Some travel will be required.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree for a total of 72 months of experience.

Departmental Preferences:
· Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, family relations, elementary education or related
· Knowledge of the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry
· Knowledge of Oklahoma Child Care Licensing Requirements
· Knowledge of Oklahoma Reaching for the Stars program
· 24-36 months of training experience
· 24-36 months experience in an early childhood setting or early childhood professional development setting
