Our Learning Management System Administrator will be a vital member of our Human Resources team, responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our LMS (UKG). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success of our learning technology. You will work with the LMS architect, business partners, learning & development, and subject matter experts to create, implement, deliver, maintain, and measure learning/performance solution programs. The ideal candidate will leverage our technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and 15,000 users of the LMS. This is an entry-level opportunity with room for growth within our HRIS group.

Responsibilities

You Will . . .


  • Administer the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) by collaborating with the LMS architect and other Rollins business partners across our family of brands

  • Develop relationships with LMS vendors to escalate feature requests, issue resolution, bug reports, and miscellaneous feedback. Track progress of escalation to completion

  • Provide functional and technical support to prevent/resolve online learning content issues, including but not limited understanding SCORM, AICC, Tin Can, xAPI, and browser support standards for eLearning

  • Monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and provide proactive assistance to internal clients to influence best practices in project and training delivery

  • Create LMS objects including but not limited to; Curriculums, Learning Assignments, Online Training, Deep links, Dynamic and Static Groups, Certifications and Tests/Assessments

  • Utilize learning data to provide analysis and reporting to internal and external stakeholders on learner performance and training effectiveness

  • Test/upload LMS objects as assigned and maintain/reversion existing objects as needed

  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation on LMS operational processes and procedures and ensure LMS governance model is being followed by LMS administrators

  • Deliver functional and technical support for admins of the LMS

  • Participate in feature/functional testing as new enhancements are released

  • Coordinate the implementation and documentation of new ways of working and enhancements to the LMS

  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • 1-3 years experience in a Learning Management System support environment, preferably in a large corporation

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization

  • Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products

  • Intermediate Excel skills including basic pivot tables and fomulas

  • Working knowledge of LMS products

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):


  • Experience with UKG LMS (Schoox)

  • Basic experience administering eLearning modules

  • Some working knowlage of a ticketing system like ServiceNow

  • Familiarity with SCORM and/or other e-learning standards

Physical Demands / Working Environment:


  • We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.  Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.

  • Candidate must reside or willing to relocate to the metro Atlanta area.
