Job Description:

Established construction related company in Richmond, CA is seeking an AP/AR Specialist for a long-term contract (to possible hire). This is 100% onsite in Richmond, CA. $32.00 - $36.00 per hour


Qualified Candidates will have the following:

• 
  3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable REQUIRED!
  


• Construction industry experience highly desired!


• Should be familiar with Matching with P.O.'s, coding to the G/L and check runs


• AR duties must include Project Billiing, cash applications and reconciliations


• Strong Intermediate Excel and recent ERP experience needed


• This is a year+ long contract, 100% onsite in Richmond


• $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
