Job Description:

Project execution responsibilities include the on-time, commercial compliance, technical compliance, and profitable delivery of projects. The Project Manager role will be largely focused on the initiation, planning, executing, budgeting, coordinating & closing of projects. This role also includes reporting activities, interfacing with customers, sales organization, production organization, and Leadership Team.


This role will work towards ensuring the customer views the Bray Project Management Office as a valuable and professional service that operates efficiently and effectively.

  1. Responsibilities Include:



  • Responsible for all project-related activities from Quotation review to final payment.

  • Develop detailed production and payment milestone schedules.

  • Develop a detailed customer portfolio that summarizes the critical aspects and expectations of key customers for future use.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, plan, and organize to meet required deadlines on budget.

  • Engage Early in the Bid Stage to prepare a project execution plan.

  • Work with Sales and arrange Kickoff meetings with Customers to agree on the Execution Plan including the Milestone Plan, Risk Analysis & Mitigation actions.

  • Prepare Margin Uplift Plan, together with the Execution team.

  • Lead and ensure timely completion of defined Communication Gates throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Focal point for both customer as well as internal organization.

  • Proactive approach to execution and ensuring all possible options are reviewed to deliver on schedule.

  • Establish and maintain a positive customer relationship.

  • Interface with all stakeholders to ensure that all relevant project knowledge is transferred.

  • Ensure project engineering documentation is completed and submitted as scheduled.

  • Lead and attend internal project execution meetings to ensure customer requirements are disseminated and clearly understood by all supporting groups.

  • Provide project financial forecasts and metrics to the management team monthly.

  • Produce and issue regular status reports to the customer, as well as internal reporting to senior management.

  • Manage Change Orders effectively and profitability.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with customers on both technical & commercial issues, be self-motivated, and adept at working in a team environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications with demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Project or other project management software.

  • Travel may be required on a limited basis.

  • Familiarity with contract Terms and Conditions and understanding the basics of company vs project financial structure.

  • Ability to continually review internal processes for improvement.
