The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.<br><br>For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota.<br><br>As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping Best Buy's App Growth team. You'll establish and grow a talented team of engineering professionals while embracing inclusive leadership behaviors, working through ambiguity, demonstrating strong attention to detail, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. In addition to mentoring and fostering the professional growth of team members, you will take an active part in the technical design and implementation of features in the Best Buy mobile app.<br><br>The App Growth team is responsible for making the Best Buy mobile app a must-have for our customers. We design and build app-exclusive features and optimize the in-app experience to engage and retain our users.
