Job Description:
Baer is looking for Data Management and Reporting Analyst for a 12+ month Remote project.
Title: Data Management and Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote (Must be based in US) with up to 20% Travel
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Refine data models to align with S4 implementation and company goals.
- Develop and execute a management reporting strategy that leverages S4 capabilities.
- Implement continuous improvement processes for data management and reporting post-S4 launch.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all reporting systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand and fulfill their data reporting needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data management and reporting system performance, resolving issues promptly.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of data reporting tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes based on user feedback and business requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in data management or business intelligence.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably S4/HANA.
- Proven project management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Certification in S4/HANA or related ERP systems.
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment.
- Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools and techniques.
