CNA/Staffing Coordinator at Rock Creek Care Center in Auburn, California

Job Description:

Rock Creek Care Center is seeking a Staffing Coordinator.

Duties:

- Coordinate and manage staffing need such as scheduling CNAs and LVN's
- Find coverage for all call offs
- Schedule and assign staff based on patient needs and facility requirements
- Maintain accurate records of staff assignments and availability
- Must also work 2-3 CNA shifts per week based on staffing needs.

Requirements:

- Experience in healthcare staffing or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Valid CNA license
