Job Description:

The Global Marketing Delivery team is seeking an experienced professional to support the Business Marketing Group (BMG). We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at leading complex cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders, and is a sharp strategic thinker. This person should be comfortable coordinating work across broad teams and recognizing diverse perspectives.The Global Marketing Delivery team manages hundreds of simultaneous marketing campaigns across marketing channels (email, web, on-site, webinars, etc.). The Scaled Marketing Enablement Manager consolidates delivery status for BMG leaders, conveying marketing campaign status and planned versus actual outcomes, to enable decision making on capacity utilization and required tradeoffs and optimization. The Scaled Marketing Enablement Manager partners closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that strategies and priorities are understood and represented in marketing campaign delivery. They develop and maintain processes that allow campaigns to run more efficiently across teams and stakeholders, proactively identifying optimizations and partnering across the organization to implement them. This role is integral to efficiently delivering against our marketing plan.



Scaled Marketing Enablement Manager Responsibilities:



  • Design and manage executive reporting on priority initiative status and delivery, including capacity management and tradeoff recommendations

  • Routinely deliver initiative status reporting to all of BMG

  • Collect and synthesize insights from partners including Data Science, Finance, Media and Web to frame optimization and leader tradeoff conversations

  • Proactively communicate up-down-across BMG + partners to ensure alignment and activate necessary advocacy

  • Remove roadblocks and escalate risks to ensure effective campaign delivery

  • Develop recommendations to improve campaign delivery efficiency by synthesizing multiple viewpoints and performance data.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, including best practice sharing, goaling, and measurement in order to maximize XFN alignment

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and channel delivery, working with cross-functional partners within and beyond the immediate team





Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital performance and/or growth marketing or process design and optimization

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Experience conveying complex concepts with brevity and clarity

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and embracing flex between hands-on execution and big-picture thought

  • Expertise using campaign and process data to uncover insights and optimization opportunities





Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with business (B2B) marketing

  • Prior experience in management consulting

  • MBA

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits


Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
