**Requirements:**
- 3-6 years or more of accounting experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems. Netsuite/Quickbooks highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on month-end close activities, including reconciliations and analysis.
- Experience managing accounts receivable transactions and customer credit card processing.
- Familiarity with multi-state sales tax reviews and related returns.
- Capability to handle journal entries and support year-end reporting processes.


**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate on month-end close activities, including reconciliations, analysis, and responding to audit requests.
- Manage daily accounts receivable transactions, customer credit card processing, and cash application.
- Conduct multi-state sales tax reviews and manage related returns to ensure compliance.
- Enter journal entries accurately and efficiently.
- Support additional accounting duties as assigned to meet team goals.
- Contribute to year-end reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.


Salary: $72-$85k annually
